By accessing or using AI Vault you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose

AI Vault is a platform for discovering, sharing, and monetizing AI-generated films, shorts, and commercials.

2. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting you grant AI Vault a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, stream (via pass-through or hosted), and promote the content on the platform.

3. YouTube Pass-Through

When linking YouTube videos, views continue to count on YouTube. AI Vault does not claim ownership of the underlying YouTube video.

4. Prohibited Content

No illegal content, no non-consensual deepfakes of real persons, no material that violates applicable law. Genre categories only.

5. Consent Tracking

Acceptance of these Terms is recorded with timestamp, user ID, and version for legal compliance (US, GDPR, etc.).
